Enjoyment of Physical exercise
You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to take part in exercising. All you need to do is find suitable comfortable exercising clothes(‘Under Armour’ provide a wide range of t-shirts, shorts etc, breathable fabric is definitely a big plus, especially on the longer exercises/walks/jogs/runs). Buy a pair of suitable footwear(if the exercise requires you do so), I’ve got two pairs of Adidas Run Smart, they are so light weight, breathable and comfy.
If you are training for a specific goal there would be nothing worst than following a 5k training plan when you were planning to do a marathon/ironman event, so why not take some time to choose the right exercises for what you want to do, it will be well worth it in the long run.
Assess the level at which you are capable of exercising. If its gentle exercise/walking/jogging or running, train smart, train safe, train well.
The only thing that remains, is for you to be ‘Willing’ to take part.
