Keep your nuts tightened
Every year the car goes in for it’s Mot to make sure that the basic essentials are in working order. The Mot is by no means proof of road worthiness but is a basic standard testing of the minimum requirements needed in order to be driven.
I have written before about our own personal Mot’s in terms of catering for our psychological & physical needs i.e. spending or creating enough time to be with the people you really want to be with, practising a new hobby or doing the things you have always wanted to do.
Tuning up the body and mind helps build a solid basis for living life to the full whilst taking no second for granted and appreciating your worth in this world.
So as my last Mot tester stated ‘If I return my car to the garage in 6 months for my wheel nuts tightening I would be ok for the long haul’.
Look after you so you can be strong enough to help others
