Expect the Unexpected
When organising events/excursions etc always remember a golden rule, ‘Expect the Unexpected’. Event management encompasses a whole range of potential conflict scenarios i.e. conflicting opinions, ideas, strategies etc, if you are prepared to change the content and layout of your planned events at a moments notice (even during the events) whilst maintaining a solid relationship with your attendees then you are sure to manage a productive, enjoyable and memorable event.
