I am Bruce Lee

Its no secret that I am an ardent fan of the great legend that is Bruce Lee, so when something fresh and inspiring is created that depicts his life, movies and martial art I can’t resist sharing. It is quite amazing how Bruce Lee has impacted so many lives with his concepts on life and development within the pugilistic arts, but I see him more  as a  scholar and artist who took action films to a whole new level and who changed the way martial artists thought about their respective training.

“I have not invented a new style” – Bruce Lee Ji Han Jae(Game of Death)

“I hope to free my followers from clinging to styles, patterns, or molds” – Bruce Lee Kareem Abdul Jabbar(Game of Death)

“The closer to the true way of Kung Fu, the less wastage of expression there is”  – Bruce Lee Longstreet

“Jeet means ‘to stop, to stem, to intercept,’ while Kune means ‘fist’ or ‘style,’ and Do means ‘the way’ or ‘the ultimate reality.’ In other words–‘The Way of the Intercepting Fist'” ~ Bruce Lee Jeet Kune Do Lesson

Most of all, what endears me to Bruce was his down to earth, real life personality. He showed no airs or graces but his magnetism enthralled me then and now.
