Anger at your expectations
‘I expect you to be who you are…not who I want you to be’
Anger is an internal issue, as such it is the one getting angry that needs to assess why they react in the way they do.
If a person tries their best but does not come up to your expectations, then it is time to readjust your expectations. Ignore the readjustment and you risk prolonging the disappointment until the creation of ‘anger’ inside yourself.
How many people could run Virgin as successfully as Richard Branson, only a small handful, but where did he start from…From the beginning with readjusments along the way.
So don’t get angry…readjust your expectations.
