Beliefs in Problems or Problems in Beliefs?
I think people generally want to believe in an ideal, but when that ideal doesn’t come up to scratch, that’s when ‘problems’ begin to manifest. It might be that their belief standards are set too high i.e. trying to emulate the rich and famous, or it might be that they have set them too low and have disengaged from society all together.
I’ve always thought that problems are simply sugar coated beliefs. If i believe the worst will happen, I am believing a problem will happen, if i believe there is no problem then i am recognising the element that makes up a problem by stating my ignorance of the existence of a problem. In any event a problem is what you believe can potentially occur or believe is happening right here right now. Could they be one and the same? who knows?
