I want to relax and I want it NOW!!!
The philosophy of relaxing causes a small amount of confusion within our cultures. After all, we are surrounded by a fast paced society which does anything but relax. We are constantly on the move. So, what is meant by the word relax? Does it mean lazing around and expecting your goals to be achieved? No definitely not. “Relaxation” encompasses a set of activities that bring Balance into your life. It includes maintaining the physical and psychological parts of your body i.e. exercise, proper focussed controlled breathing/posture, time to fully air your whole body of tension and time for quiet thought. These four aspects will contribute greatly to your success in achieving relaxation. Within these areas, you have many options. But you have to actively participate in bringing balance into your own life. No one else can do that for you. Even if they could, no one else will.
