In your moment of true relaxation i.e. sitting or laying with controlled breathing, focussed alignment of posture etc make slow, clear, brief and distinct statements to register your goal with your subconscious i.e. you want to stop eating sweets you could voice ‘I truly do not eat sweets’
You can focus your attention on a specially placed spot, and conduct some deep breaths while you relax. As you exhale feel you are getting rid of all of your negative concerns. Once you have reached your hypnotic state just go over and over your voicing in your mind. When your session is ended you simply return to your state of naturalness.
